This year our band of half wits are trying to go one better by completing the Dunwich dynamo; Around 15 years ago a group of bicycle couriers met in a Hackney pub after work to rest their aching limbs.  At some point in the evening some wag asked "I wonder how far we could get if we started pedalling east this evening?" at that point a legend was born!

 

200km of unsupported cycling from London to the East Coast overnight.

 

Our boys this year have already gone through a personal initiation -  ( am I capable of this?  will I make it? what if I crash in the dark on an empty country lane and they find me lifeless and cold in a ditch the following morning?)

 

But we believe it's in us and we're prepared to give it our all for our friends at Barnados.

 

Training will be almost as impressive as the ride itself with the Norwich 100 miler which was completed in early June (that was tough!) and
