Christos and I have decided to take on the challenge of a half marathon, something which we have never done before. I am training very hard four times a week and Christos has his own training programme, made in Greece!  

We have chosen the charity Breathing Matters, as a close family member suffered the fatal affects of pulmonary fibrosis earlier this year.  Breathing Matters has been set up to raise awareness and to work with patients to help find a cure for interstitial lung diseases and other respiratory infections.
