On Saturday I am taking part in the Shrewsbury 10k Midnight walk in aid of the Severn Hospice. 

The Hospice provides restbite and longer term care for the terminally ill. The quality of care to both patient and families is exceptional. It is a cause very close to my heart after experiencing first hand how amazing and unique the the staff and volunteers are at Shrewsbury.

I am taking part in the walk in memory of my mother who sadly passed away on 5th June and would like to raise as much money as possible to support the hospice and enable to continue with its special work.

The hospice is a charitable trust and as such and survives on donations and the support of volunteers.
