Story

On the 12th May 2018 Myself and Rachel will be doing our first ever Ironman 70.3 in Mallorca.  This consists of a 1.9km sea swim, 90km bike ride (up a mountain) and a 21km run.

Once we have done our Ironman 70.3 we move forward to the 15th June 2018 when we are cycling from Liverpool back to Leeds along the Leeds to Liverpool canal over 3 days with another team Member, Tina.  We have no support team on the journey so are responsible for carrying all our belongings with us all the way back!!! Finishing at the Rodley Owl in time for Sunday lunch and celebrations.

On the 14th of July 2018, we set off on our Yorkshire Wolds Cycle Challenge of 144 miles over two days (last year we did an extra 11 miles as we took a wrong turning 😂😂😂😂😂).  We have Matthew Higgins and Mark Feather joining us along the Yorkshire Wolds to keep us company and motivated.

Finally on the 1st of September, Matthew & Mark will be cycling in 1 day the Mary Towneley loop on Mountain Bikes which is a 55 mile off road route

Any donations to help this worthy cause would be greatly appreciated.
