Hi All,

well guess what im after your money again !! for my sins i will be running my second London Marathon in April and have chosen to run it for Epliepsy which is a charity close to my heart.

 Im training hard and with a good gust of wind behind me !! im aiming to make it in under 4 hours this time, so please can i ask for your support again for this worthy charity.
