Hi Everyone,

I have organised a group of family and friends to take part in the Christie Charity 10k Walk of Hope at Tatton Park on the11th September.

The walk sees family and friends uniting in honour of those who are currently being treated at The Christie, along with those who are saying thank you for their successful care and treatment and those who are remembering loved ones who have sadly lost their battle by taking part in this10km walk.

I really wanted to take part in the event and try and raise as much money as possible for The Christie as my Dad is currently undergoing treatment there, as is my Aunty's Mum. Many in the team have also been affected by cancer in some way and so the walk, which we are all doing for different members in our families' and friends' will be very meaningful to all of us.

Also, the Company I work for, Santander, will match the money we raise up to £3,500 which is absolutely fantastic!!
