16th July 2010 (Friday)- Dance show by 'The Golden Sovereigns' (dance group that Chloe is in) Taking place at Rackheath Church Hall at 7.30pm. Tickets just £2 each. There will be tea, coffee and refreshments available as well as a raffle taking place. This event was a great success - thanks to all involved to make this happen, we raised a fantastic £276!!
All money raised will be donated directly to The Big C Centre at the Norfolk & Norwich hospital. Steve spent many days enjoying a cup of tea and lots of biscuits in the comfortable environment of the centre. The staff are always welcoming and friendly whether you visit for information or just some quiet time. Our family were also able to relax in the centre in between visiting Steve in the Mulbarton Ward of the hospital. The children were welcomed and were happy with the boxes of toys to play with!
The Big C Centre can help with any information or questions you have, as well as providing a place to just chat or enjoy some quiet time.
We chose this charity as we would like other patients and their familys to experience the comforting environment, support and services that have been available to us.
There are many services available in the Big C Centre, if you would like to know more then please see their website www.big-ccentre.co.uk
