Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I can't really believe that I am writing this, but on June 2nd I will be taking part in my first ever triathlon to raise money for Soundabout's 'Make Music Change Lives' Appeal.

I am doing this - along with the top team of Elin, Jo, Felicity and Patrick  - to raise vital funds for our "Make Music Change Lives" appeal. We need to raise a total of £39,000 to fund essential music sessions for people of all ages with profound learning disabilities.  The work that our music practitioners do, using music to unlock the potential of people with complex needs, is both inspiring, and life changing. However, we're a tiny charity and desperately in need of support to be able to continue this important work, and reach more of the 100,000 people with complex needs in the UK with meaningful music-making provision. I would be so grateful for any support you could give.
