Training Update!

Last long run now tapering starts😃 

20 miles completed, its my longest ever run 🥳🤩 I never thought I'd say I'm ready all those weeks ago.

Every run is a physical and mental challenge,  but I had my running buddies with me and we got each other round. they're support and encouragement has been unwavering and i couldn’t do it without them.

This journey has been one of discovery, pushing those mental and physical barriers, the plan is working 💪.

I'm raising money for a fantastic cause Independent Age, an amazing charity that helps the older generation to be independent and live life to the fullest. Whether this be financial, physical or emotional every aspect is vital for their wellbeing.

Like many people I have aging parents whose needs change as they become older and the work of Independent Age can help them on their journey.   My Nana, whose watching over me would be proud ❤️💜
