Hello!

Despite not having run a road race for FOUR years (pesky kids!), on September 19th I am doing the Great North Run (13 miles) for the first time. I'm also doing the Go Green Sprint Triathlon(500m swim, 20km bike, 5km run) on September 5th. Both to raise money for the Hospice of the Good Shepherd.

In an effort to get more sponsorship from you kind people I am aiming to beat my previous half marathon time of 2hrs 4mins and my previous triathlon time of 1hr 38mins.
