Story

Hi everyone,

I'm running the Great South Run in October for the Motor Neurone Disease Association firstly because it's a great cause, and secondly in honour of Benedict Cumberbatch's birthday fundraising efforts.

I ran a prize raffle of a drawing I did of Benedict to boost funds - I had hoped maybe to make £100 to add a little bit more to my sponsorship, but it went crazy and I made my initial target - thank you to ALL members of the CumberCollective for donating and helping to promote my efforts on twitter!

So I have revised my total, upping it to £500. Please sponsor me on my run - I must be crazy to put myself through the pain again! But for all my pain (which I know is coming, I had to slide myself down the stairs on my bum for days afterwards last year!) I know I am helping a cause which helps people who have their lives cut short by one of the cruellest diseases I think is out there. Please help me, help them.
