B-eat is a charity close to my heart, their work has been massive in my recovery, before I was brave enough to speak to friends and family and finally professionals about my illness I used the B-eat website and message boards as a first point of contact when I needed help. 

The 22nd-26th February is eating disorders awareness week - the perfect time do raise some pennies for this charity! 

I've gained so much confidence in myself since accessing help with my mental health problems and my life is finally on a really great track. Even if I only raise a little bit for the charity I'll be really pleased to raise awareness of the illness and of the great work that B-eat are doing. 

At my work, Craig my boyfriend and Bryony my best friends work places we are wearing silly socks for the Sock it to eating disorders campaign. I'm also going to bake my socks off for a bake sale.

Anything you can spare, pennies or even pounds if you've got it would be so massively appreciated. I'd really like to hit my target of £100
