This year we complete our coast to coast UK challenge. Having already cycled across England, Ireland and Scotland we take on Wales. Starting in Llandudno on May 25th finishing in Tenby 3 days later travelling 180 miles, including tough days over Snowdonia and the Brecon Beacons.

This year we are raising funds for Compton Care who do a fantastic job caring for people with a complex or incurable condition.
