On Sunday 3rd October, the 10 of us will be competing against other teams in an "It's a Knockout" challenge in Lower Castle Park, Colchester to raise vital funds for St Helena Hospice. We will no doubt all end up soaking wet so as well as sponsoring us for this worthwhile cause, why not come along and have a laugh at our expense.
