Story
We lost our darling Mum and Nan on 28.1.18. She had her kidney removed (she only had one) in 2013 due to renal carcinoma. This meant dialysis 3 times a week and it became a way of life for 5 years. She was under the care of several departments at the Royal Free Hospital in Hampstead and dialysed at the Tottenham Hale Kidney and Diabetes Centre. She was an inspiration to all her knew her; always positive and determined to fight on. She was our Superwoman, our hero, our queen.
Her journey came to an end in ICU at the Royal Free, where she received first class treatment and care. We are forever grateful to the hospital, it's wonderful staff and the NHS.
