Thank you for visiting my fundraising page, I am raising money for Archway, a fantastic parent led charity based in Aberdeen providing care and support to children and adults with learning disabilities and their families. They provide permanent care and supported living as well as respite and short breaks in their facilities across Aberdeen. I was initially planning on running the The Rannoch Marathon involving a route around Loch Rannoch, but due to Covid concerns the local community are no longer able to support the event and the organiser has had to cancel this year's event. On that basis and looking around at other events scheduled in October, having previously done Manchester I have decided to sign-up for the Liverpool marathon on Sunday 24th October. A different type of challenge, not as scenic but the route does take in some of the major sites around Liverpool, the city centre and along the Mersey!!
