On Saturday the 4th December I will be taking part in the London Santa Run which is a 6K run around Battersea Park for the charity, Disability Snowsport UK. I'm sure it will be a great experience and I am up to 6K now but that's been on the running machine in the nice cozy warm gym!

 ***due tot he snow/ice the run has been moved to Dec 11th, its still going ahead, just a week later.  More time to train...
