We campaign and provide support to reduce the devastation of liver disease

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

We have three prestigious teams battling it out over the Olympic Team Relay on Saturday 7th August and are hoping to raise funds for the British Liver Trust as well as gain some fitness along the way.

There are over 100 different types of liver disease diagnosed which are estimated to affect up to two million people in the UK. Liver disease is one of the five most serious health problems in the UK and it is estimated that in the next six to ten years the need for liver transplants will increase by 500%.

If you would like to come along to cheer us on at the ExCel Centre all three teams will be starting at 11:30hrs on Saturday 7th August and we will be happy for any support.

If you can spare a few pounds in support of this worthwhile charity that would be very much appreciated.

Thankyou

The British Liver Trust is the only UK charity for all liver conditions. We have recently merged with the Children’s Liver Disease Foundation, which is an incredible opportunity for the combined charities to support all children and adults affected by all liver conditions.
