I have now completed the Escambray trek but would still welcome your support.

We were out trekking in the Escambray Mountains in Cuba between the 10th and 27th of October (We took the scenic route from Habana to Trinidad).

 It was a fantastic experience - beautiful, lush, tropical -  with the tropical rain storms to go with it. We trekked  for between 6 to 7 hours a day, on terrain that is undulating, and in some parts very tough going  (having been made slippery and dangerous by the wet weather); but with amazing views and tropical waterfalls to bathe in, it was well worth it :0) .

I undertook the challenge to raise money for The Anthony Nolan Trust and I welcome your support and generosity in helping to take back lives from Leukaemia.
