I'm raising money for a friend of mine who has muscular dystrophy. Ben's passionate about the Neuromuscular Centre (http://www.nmcentre.com/aboutus.htm) charity especially the social enterprise NM Design & Print which empowers people with MD through work. Judging by how well he's benefited from their support this is a truly worthwhile cause.

I ran last year and came about 32,204th. Please dig deep and sponsor me to run the British London 10K Run 2010 this Sunday and help me burn off the winter doughnut I'm carrying round my waist while raising money for a good cause.
