In memory of Sadhvi Sharma
This scholarship fund is in honor of Sadhvi Sharma who died in March 2021 aged just 39. The fund will provide annual paid internships for individuals working with WORLDwrite and using film, TV and journalism to promote the best for humanity.

Story

We're doing a 4hour danceathon to help the charity WORLDwrite with its inspiring scholarship fund. This fund will provide paid internships for young people interested in developing film, tv and journalism skills which put humanity on the map. This will be of huge benefit to young people who don't have the parental support or finance to access an internship otherwise. To start with, we will use the fund to help two deserving young people from Ukraine Hleb (25) & Vladlena (22), to get over here and work with us.

Sadhvi Sharma who died very young last year was herself an inspiration, a great friend, incredibly talented and uncompromising in her belief in humanity. She will always be missed and we want to help ensure more young people follow in her footsteps. We know she'd be pleased we are helping Hleb & Vladlena and she'd also approve of a danceathon!  We do hope you will sponsor us and support our attempt to help WORLDwrite with this important fund. Sadvhi's partner Fredrik is promising to match fund up to 30K, please help us raise enough to win his generous support. It's easy to chip in here and totally secure.
