As many of you know the downturn in the global economy has resulted in increased repossessions and homelessness. Shelter has been around a while and helps those most in need. For example repossessions this year are up 50% http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/business/8051510.stm 

I would say I don't have a fear of most things, but jumping out of a pefectly working aeroplane at 13,000 feet does make me a little nervous!

So if you are fortunate enough not to be on the dole right now I'll hope you'll dig into those pockets and purses!
