I have decided to raise money for Bowel Disease Research Foundation as it is a disease which has affected my family. My sister has been in hospital since last November and has been diagnosed with Gastroparesis and total intestinal failure. These are both incurable diseases which affect the bowel and intestinal organs. Bowel Disease is massively increasing in the UK with a staggering statistic of 1 in 10 people in the UK will have some type of Bowel Disease. 

I am hoping by doing this I can help raise awareness, as we know that if my sister would have recognised the symptoms earlier her condition would have been a lot easier to manage and she would have ended up with a better quality of life.
