Hi all,

I am jumping to raise money for Diabetes UK as my niece and god daughter was diagnosed only 6 months ago. It has made big changes to routines but with love help and support then all things are possible. Diabetes UK were there when the shock is at it's worst and the support is tremendous. I want to help others who discover the same condiditon in the future
