Once again I'm taking part in the Manchester to Blackpool bike ride on Sunday 4th of July 2010.

I did it last year and had a really good time. There was a group of about 12 of us, we all kept each other going and managed to raise over £3000 between us for Brainstrust.

Most of the same team are taking part again this year.

I know that times are tight right now and everybody is feeling the pinch financially, I don't know if we will beat last years total (or even equal it).

Brainstrust is a very worthwhile cause, helping victims and their families cope with a very devastating condition.
