Heartline was there for us when we got diagnosed with a baby with a very rare heart condition, which affected the placement of multiple organs as well, a condition known as Heterotaxy. 

They provide advice, connections to parents who have dealt with heart conditions of all types, wet suits to help those with circulation issues, subsidised holidays to help those gain respite after tough times or heart surgery, PGL holidays for both heart kids (allowing them to try new things with their peers), and also for siblings who often can feel left out due to focus being on the heart child. 

I was a Trustee and Treasurer for a couple of years with them and still have a strong connection to them.
