Why are we doing this?
Amaze is a local award winning charity which gives a unique service to SEND Parents and their Families.The services Amaze provides are varied and range from the praised Compass Card to Talks/Workshops/coffee mornings and numerous other projects which also relate to us(THE DADS GROUP)Which Amaze kindly supports(amongst others)
I have had the privilege of being the Dads Group Coordinator for the last three years,our group is purely for Dads/Male carers of SEND children/adults.We have a closed Facebook site and monthly meetings in which we discuss issues around our children and most of all coping with stress and depression(In which we can pass on to linked relevant people)Also we have had professional people come in to give advice.There is so much to say about this great group but not enough space to write about it.Please if you can support AMAZE and our worthy Dads/Bike Riders(ROB BOULTON ,PETER MAPLEDORAM ,PAUL NELSON ,NEIL NAM ,ADRIAN ELKIN ) and myself Darren Walker for this worthy charity we would be grateful.Thankyou for looking at our Brighton Marathon JustGiving Charity Ride site.With Thanks from all of us.
