Having cycled 250 miles through India with some of the amazing Norwood residents, who suffered from the heat and Delhi belly yet always seemed delighted to be there, I am inspired to do it all again!

So in October I’m off to to suffer more lousy food, intense heat, and less than luxurious accommodation. This time though we shall be throwing in some mountains to ride up, as we will be cycling in the foothills of Kilimanjaro!

I realise that we are all facing financially difficult times, and charities such as need all the help they can get, to meet the challenges of helping these incredible individuals, so please help me by sponsoring me for this ride and helping this most worthwhile cause.
