On Sunday, 16th May I shall be participating in the St Albans Charity Cycle Ride (SACCR). OK it's not as glamorous as the London Marathon, but it is further ... 40 miles to be precise even if I'll be on the bike! 

SACCR supports several local charities including:

* Khandel-light

* Youth Talk

* Polio Plus

* Canine Partners and

* The Prostate Cancer Charity
