David and his son Mark, did the 'Coast to Coast' walk last year raising money for Dove House Hospice and Lupus UK.

This year they are doing 'The Dales Way' again raising money for the two charities.

84 Miles is a long way on foot especially carrying a 24Pound (11kg) backpack, will take several days covering some rough terrain and will be far from an easy stroll.
