Story
Life changed in so many amazing ways when I had my 2 children and as they and I have got older, I have realised that it is crucial we find time to give back to those that don't have the same opportunities as others. Phab is one of the most incredible charities I have represented and I want to do all I can to raise as much money and awareness for them.
For years Phab has inspired and supported disabled and non-disabled children, young people and adults to make more of life together - breaking down community barriers, reducing social isolation, and creating opportunities for all involved to enjoy the same activities and challenges side by side.
With exciting and challenging holiday projects for disabled and disadvantaged children and young adults, wheelchair accessible holiday homes, and 140 Phab Clubs across England and Wales with 8,000 members.
I was lucky enough to be welcomed in to the Phab family in 2023 being given the amazing opportunity to run the London Marathon. I have never experienced such amazing care, attention and constant communication by a charity. Phab have once again given me the chance to continue helping those it supports by tackling London once again in 2024. Over the last 5 to 10 years, the world has been a hard place with COVID, cost of living, recession, war and many other things so any donation, big or small, would be greatly appreciated and will be your part in ensuring someone else is getting the opportunities in life they deserve.
Phab and I, thank you for supporting Phab and Phabkids – with your help we can make a real and lasting difference to the lives of so many more children, young people and adults with disabilities, to their families and to local communities. Let's do this.
