Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

In September, four teams from my office are embarking on "LEJOG", a relay race from Land's End to John O'Groats (for the non-Brits, the longest distance - 874 miles - between two points in ).  We aim to complete the distance in a little over two weeks with a combination of running, walking, cycling and canoeing.

My leg is cycling 176 miles (or 280 Km, which sounds more painful) in two days from  to Whitchurch, in Shropshire.

I am raising money for Cancer Research UK.  My aim is to raise £2500. Any donations to this great cause would be really appreciated!
