Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am undertaking this challenge to ensure I do my bit in literally walking the walk.

This 100km walk starts in Henley-on -Thames and with a climb of 1,800 metres should take around 17-18 hours. I'm hoping to complete it in one day.

Mental health is a key issue that impacts all of us either directly or via friends, family and colleagues. As well as supporting those impacted I'd like to help fund research that may help prevent / lessen its effects in the future.

Thank you in advance for your support - every little helps this great cause. I'm aiming for £1,000 as this is the cost of providing a research scientist to take a full patient history.
