This year I'm doing the Blenheim Triathlon on Sunday 6th June in Aid of the Nielsen Charity of the year (yet to be announced)

The 1/2 mile swim starts off in the lake followed by the 20K bike ride around the grounds and a race to the finish with a 5k run. it'll take just under 2 hours by the end of it , assuming I make it out of the swim , which is by no means guaranteed with my swim technique ;-), Any support you can give will be much appreciated so thanks for all your donations
