Thank you for visiting my justgiving page. You are probably here because you have heard that I am engaging in a race that has me and others guessing at my mental stability.

On the 15^th May I will be taking part in a 24 Hour Ultra Endurance Running race in . The idea of the event is pretty simple – to cover as much distance as you can by foot, in 24 hours around a 6.5 mile loop. At the moment I am planning to cover approximately 70 -80 miles (the equivalent of 3 marathons in 24 hours!).

So, down to the reason you are at this page!

At some point in our lives we will be affected by cancer whether directly or via someone we know, and as my family have been over the last few years I thought Cancer Research was the ideal charity to support. With over a quarter of a million new cases of cancer being diagnosed each year in the UK, Cancer Research UK are working hard to improve their understanding of cancer and develop better ways to prevent, diagnose and treat the disease.

So please dig deep, your support will be great appreciated by all.
