The Dr Hadwen Trust for Humane Research is the UK’s leading medical research charity that funds and promotes exclusively non-animal techniqures to replace animal experiments.

Their projects have included research into cystic fibrosis, multiple sclerosis, breast cancer, brain damage, Alzheimer's disease, asthma and more, all advancing cutting-edge science without animal experiments.

 

To support this worthwhile charity, we are taking part in  "Race For ALL Life".  Their Race For ALL Life campaign is to raise money for their general cancer appeal.  Sadly one in every nine women will develop breast cancer, so the chances are you already know someone who has had/got  it.  I know I have.
