I got involved with Cyril Flint Befrienders by volunteering at events in 2018. I’ve been able to meet lots of the volunteers and their befriendees and have seen what a big impact the charity is having on older people’s lives.

I’ve seen the great friendships that have been created through the charity and the support, kindness and joy that volunteer befrienders bring to older people who were once feeling lonely and isolated.

I’ve signed up to a 6 month challenge to try to raise as much money as possible for Cyril Flint Befrienders to help them create even more friendships for older people who are lonely and in need of a friend.

Any support you can offer would be really, really appreciated!
