Remark! Community and Deaf-SELF are charities who support Deaf people in and around London with various projects, helping to improve equality and access for Deaf people. We want to give something back to the charity to help them achieve their goals! So, a group of us decided to go sober this month! We wanted to challenge ourselves to a month
of not drinking booze to raise money for Remark!able Club and the Deaf Youth Football Team who are struggling for funds to cover training and match costs.

Our group of 7 (mad) Remark! staff members decided to take part and we are halfway there! Obviously, there are few temptations and tantrums along the way, but we have made it through more than 2.5 weeks without beer and prosecco! We have another two weeks to struggle through and any donations are much appreciated to encourage us to keep going and not give up! It doesn’t matter how big or small!
