In Sept 2014 ATW formed a group of MAMILs to complete a cycle ride from Holyhead to Cardiff and (for a third time) we are undertaking this epic challenge again in Sept 2016. 

A simple challenge over 3 days averaging 80+ miles each day on the bike....

Day one we start in Holyhead at 06:30 and make our way to Machynlleth.

Day two requires another 06:30 start. Our destination is Abergavenny with a very challenging ride over the Cambrian Mountains.

Day three (legs and body willing) we leave Abergavenny around 08:30 and should arrive at Ty Hafan Hospice, Sully at 15:00.
