Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

SAY HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME WITH A GIFT OF A SMILE ( OR CASH ! )

As some of you know. Laura Crane was a school friend of mine who we lost to cancer at the age of just 17. I do a lot of fundraising for this great charity and need your help......

As the newly appointed Community Ambassador, I am hoping to grow the support and raise awareness of the Laura Crane Youth Cancer Trust throughout the Yorkshire region as well as introduce a number of community led events. I want everyone to get involved in making a difference to the lives of young cancer patients.

My goal is to raise enough money to buy each of the hospitals throughout the UK and Ireland that admit young cancer patients an iPad for their use whilst undergoing treatment.  This helps to maintain some normality and lets them keep in touch with friends and family via social media such as Facebook.

I am actively seeking support from my many Facebook friends to help reach my target and I'm also working towards a month of community fundraising throughout September.

So please join me as I try to raise £10000 to help the Laura Crane Youth Cancer Trust's fight against cancer in young people.

THANK YOU XXX
