Hi everyone,

Well, it's that time of year again when the hard training starts in preparation for the race.  Hopefully this time around I will be injury free and be in a position to complete the marathon in a decent time.  I will be running for the same charity that I did last year which is Rainbow Centre for Children.  Your support is greatly appreciated!  Wish me luck!
