I shall be cycling 260 kilometres on my static bike, for approximately 8 hours. This is to raise money for Approach Dementia Support who promote positive well-being for both individuals living with dementia and their families. I shall be doing this challenge in memory of my dear mum, Jean Wallis, who lived with dementia in her latter years.
