After much debating, and a couple months of training, I've decided to run next year's London Marathon for Mencap.

Whether campaigning for equal rights or running outreach programs, Mencap provides vital services for those with learning difficulties. Their support makes a real difference allowing people, who otherwise couldn't, to live a much more fulfilling and ordinary life.

If that is not enough, I have also given up drinking beer since being accepted in July, and will be giving up all alcohol till the race so please dig deep and sponsor me!
