Hi Guys & Girls,

As many of you will already know we are running the Great North Run in October  this year (Ed - no really!, I don't think you've mentioned it, MUCH!). It will be Helen's first time (Ed - she'll try anything once! or twice if she likes it!) and Janet's umpteenth time (Ed - well 7th actually, but who's counting). HELEN has decided    that WE will complete it in under TWO hours (Ed - a likely tale, Janet's quickest time to date is 2hrs 3 mins about 4 years ago!)

Anyway, we though we'd like to make the run count and what better charity to raise funds for but one that's close to our hearts - Jo's Trust. The charity was set up to help women, their families and friends get through the challenge when diagnosed with cervical cancer. Jo's Trust was an invaluable source, helping a friend and colleague through a difficult time. It provided information and support throughout her ordeal.

Please sponsor us. It will spur Helen on when her knee's wont take anymore (Ed - at about 10 miles!) & Janet on when she see's Helen running off in the distance.
