Firstly, thanks for getting this far and onto my fundraising page!!

On Sunday 18th July , Myself and some friends are all planning on doing the London to Southend Bike ride  - all 59 long miles of it ! Obviously as you all know I am a man of fitness , a fitness fanatic if you will...So this little Sunday afternoon spin will prove no problem for me...Or that's how they sold it too me!!
