Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page, this is the 4th year running I've entered the Bristol 10k and along with Scarlett have raised over £1200 for various charities in the process - this year Matt Cooper's joining us and we want to raise as much as we can for MacMillan, a very worthwhile cause.

My race times have dropped from 67 minutes in 2008 - 59 minutes in 2009 - 55 minutes last year - not sure I can beat that but will be giving it a go and aiming for 52...(thanks Hayley!)

Rationale behind me doing this:

1 - Keeps me out of trouble

2 - I'm getting older and fatter

3 - I hate running with a passion

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer.

So please, if I can get off my @rse and do something I loathe for the best part of an hour then I think in return you should donate something, it all helps.
