We fund vital cancer research to save lives in Yorkshire

Story

I am running the New York City Marathon, 06 November 2005, in aid of Cancer Research and in memory of my Grandma Pearl Lambert.

I'm generally asking people who I know well to donate a pound a mile = £26.00 but you should give any amount that you feel appropriate (especially if its more). All donations are greatly appreciated and please forward this URL link to anyone else who might be interested in donating.

Yorkshire Cancer Research are a small charity who aim to provide research and treatment for cancer sufferers.
For more information on the work that YCR do, please visit their website at http://www.ycr.org.uk.

Thank you very much.
Dom. Race Update: I finished in 5:38 after quite a tough race in very hot conditions. Unfortunately the long flights and a bit too much sightseeing on the day before the race meant that I struggled in the second half of the race. I got to the finish and I'd like to thank everyone for sponsoring me.
