The team from kdm communications will be taking part in our first ever Extra Mile Black Forest Challenge - Antonietta Allocca, Sarah Khan, Jasmin Russell and Annabel Sedgwick.

Dr K and the 3 Marketeers will be cycling over 3 days through the spectacular 500-plus mile route in relay this September across Belgium, France and Germany.  Each of us will cover around 45 miles per day, probably in a number of stages!

BIG THANKS TO Sedge, Lockers, Tosh and Liah who are responsible for £180.00 worth of donations, sorry guys, there was a system error which has wiped off your individual donation amounts (you do not need to donate again though) and comments, but count yourselves mentioned!!

We hope to raise lots of money through sponsorship for Extra Mile Challenges and Great Ormond Street Hospital.
