My friend  Edward O'Neill spent his 80th Birthday travelling at 80 miles per hour across a slate quarry in North Wales.  As well as giving his aching knees a welcome rest, he hoped it could help raise to some much-needed funds for our local MIND.

This all took place at the end of September and we have proof of it with a lovely video of the fearless execution of his daredevil ways.  

He has already raised £80 from his wonderful generous work colleagues in the old "sponsorship sheet and cash" way and that money is already with Aberconwy MIND doing more great work.  So we thought we'd go all "Space 1999"  and modern and see if there were more who want to support a great cause
