MY STORY

Back in February 2015, I was told that I had severe sleep apnoea and that I was waking up 38 times on average per hour.

I had put on lots of weight. Something had to change. I joined Weight Watchers in April 2015 and began to regain control. I started to diet and then exercise.

By November 2015, I had lost 80.5Ib in just 31 weeks !!!!

As at January 6th 2016, total weight lost 92Ib in 39 weeks.

Most recently I took my weight loss to 8 stones in just 56 weeks.

I hope to reach an overall weight loss of 9.5 stones !!!!

So far I have completed, the Trans Pennine Mighty Hike (28 miles)(July 2015), Walked up Snowden (August), Gower Macmaraphon (22 miles) (September 2015), High Peak Winter Hike (17.44 miles) (November 2015), York City to Leeds Utd  (34 miles) (March 2016), Lyke Wake Walk, (41 miles), (April 2016) & Bala Challenge (20 miles) (May 2016)

Then, I thought, what next, where can I take this??

The Yorkshire 100k is and will be the ultimate and I will need to work hard and train hard to prepare for it and to complete it.

It's as tough as it gets!!!!
